Minoom does not use accounts and does not store your name or email. Progress and settings live on your device. If you play a world-record level, a random installation identifier and your best result are stored for the anonymous leaderboard. This page explains how to delete both local and online data.
1. Delete on-device data
- iOS / iPadOS: touch and hold the Minoom icon → Remove App → Delete App. This erases all locally stored game data.
- Android: Settings → Apps → Minoom → Storage → Clear storage to wipe game data, or uninstall the app to remove it entirely.
2. Delete leaderboard data
Open Minoom → Settings → Delete online scores and confirm. The App authenticates the request with this installation and permanently removes all of its leaderboard records. Local progress is not changed. Deleting the App alone cannot send this server request, so use this control before uninstalling.
3. Advertising privacy
Minoom shows non-personalized ads via Google AdMob. You can manage device advertising privacy settings at any time:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID.
4. Purchase records
In-app purchases are recorded by the Apple App Store or Google Play and by our purchase provider (RevenueCat) using an anonymous identifier. These records are kept as required for billing, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes and are managed through your store account. You can review your purchases in your Apple or Google account settings.
5. Request a manual deletion
If you would like us to delete any information associated with your device or purchases held by us or our providers, email us at support@minoom.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Please include:
- Your device platform (iOS or Android);
- Your Minoom installation identifier, if support asks you to copy it before deletion;
- Your purchase receipt or order ID, if you made a purchase.
We will process verified requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required by law.
