Minoom does not use accounts. We do not store your name, email, or game progress on our servers — your progress and settings live only on your device. This page explains how to delete that data and how to request removal of any limited information held by our third-party providers.
1. Delete on-device data
- iOS / iPadOS: touch and hold the Minoom icon → Remove App → Delete App. This erases all locally stored game data.
- Android: Settings → Apps → Minoom → Storage → Clear storage to wipe game data, or uninstall the app to remove it entirely.
2. Advertising identifier
Minoom shows ads via Google AdMob, which may use your device advertising ID. You can reset or delete this identifier at any time:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID.
3. Purchase records
In-app purchases are recorded by the Apple App Store or Google Play and by our purchase provider (RevenueCat) using an anonymous identifier. These records are kept as required for billing, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes and are managed through your store account. You can review your purchases in your Apple or Google account settings.
4. Request a manual deletion
If you would like us to delete any information associated with your device or purchases held by us or our providers, email us at support@minoom.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Please include:
- Your device platform (iOS or Android);
- Your purchase receipt or order ID, if you made a purchase.
We will process verified requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required by law.
